What is included
- Your own hosted store: subdomain, app, database, backup path and login.
- Cash, mobile-money reference, card, bank transfer and other payment records. ZavaPOS records the payment; it does not process the money.
- Receipts, kitchen tickets, daily sales, payment mix, stock and Z reports.
- Staff PINs, role permissions, refund and discount controls.
- Setup, stock loading and a training walkthrough, quoted separately.
What is not included
- Card processing or mobile-money payouts. Those stay with your bank or mobile-money provider.
- Mobile-money transaction fees. They are between you and your provider.
- Hardware: tills, printers, cash drawers and network equipment.
Questions shops ask
Do I need a card gateway?
No. ZavaPOS records that a card, cash, bank transfer or mobile-money payment happened. It does not take card numbers or move money.
Can I record a mobile-money reference?
Yes. Attach the reference to the payment so the day’s report and the receipt agree.
How does setup work?
We create the store, choose the packs, load the stock and test the printer. Setup is quoted per shop and confirmed before work starts.
How do I pay?
Monthly, in your store’s currency, by the method we agree on WhatsApp. There is no credit card required to see the till or get a quote.
