Stock arrives in batches with expiry dates. The till sells the earliest expiry first and blocks expired stock.

Receive batches with expiry dates. FEFO picks the earliest batch. An expired batch cannot be sold. Returns go back to the batch they came from.
What this page does not claim: no card processing, no online ordering, no loyalty, no payment payouts. ZavaPOS records payments; it does not move money.
What the till does here
- Cash, mobile-money reference, card, bank transfer and other payments, recorded with an optional reference.
- Staff sign in with a PIN; permissions decide who can discount, refund or see money reports.
- Receipts and reports print or export from the same data the till used to sell.
- Stock, refunds and daily totals are decided on the server, not in the browser.
